Cancellation Policy
We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, requiring you to cancel your class to ensure a fair and transparent process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Period: Cancellations made 3 days or more before the start date of the class will receive a full refund of the registration fee. Cancellations made less than 1 day before the start date of the class will not be eligible for a refund but will receive credit to use for a class at a later date. Refund Process: Refunds will be issued using the same payment method that was used for the original registration. Transfers and Substitutions: Participants who are unable to attend have the option to transfer their registration to a future session of the same class, subject to availability. Participants can also request to substitute another individual to attend the class in their place. No-Show Policy: Participants who do not attend the class and do not provide a cancellation notice will not be eligible for a refund or transfer. Cancellation by the Organizer: In the event that your class is canceled by the organizer due to unforeseen circumstances or low enrollment, participants will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
